Terms of Service

1. Scope of Engagement

Accretion provides professional data engineering, technical consulting, and custom software development services. Specific features, project timelines, deliverables, and service boundaries are defined individually within signed client statements of work.

2. Deliverables & Intellectual Property

Upon project completion and fulfillment of agreed milestones, ownership of custom-built software solutions, structured datasets, database architectures, and web code is transferred fully to the client, subject to the conditions outlined in our formal service agreements.

3. Intended Use and Restrictions

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the datasets they supply for data consolidation and the operational goals they target comply with local regulations and legal frameworks. Accretion reserves the right to decline custom system development for workflows that violate local compliance laws.
